A full basement under a mid-terrace Victorian house on the Peterborough Estate in Fulham, reached by its own staircase under a rooflight.
A mid-terrace Victorian house on the Peterborough Estate in Fulham. Malin & Lynn designed a full basement, a rear and side extension, and a loft and pod, all built in one fourteen-month programme. We excavated and built the basement. Extend Bespoke built the extensions and the loft and finished the house.
A second staircase, set away from the main one, drops into the basement under a rooflight of its own. Its handrail was hand-carved in timber, with metal spindles.
