What we do

Four kinds of work.

  1. 01

    Basements

New basements dug and built under existing houses, often for wellness rooms, pools and gyms.

  2. 02

    Underpinning

Existing walls carried down to new foundations, with the waterproofing and ground movement managed as part of the job.

  3. 03

    Structural works

Strip-outs, new structure and structural redesigns, from Victorian terraces to listed buildings.

  4. 04

    Above-ground works

Extensions and structural shells above ground, ready for the builder who finishes the house.

More on what we do

Who we work for

We work direct for three kinds of client.

  1. A

    Homeowners

A basement or new structure under the house you live in. Our sister company, Extend Bespoke, can finish the rooms.

  2. B

    Developers

The structure for refurbishment and development schemes in central and south-west London.

  3. C

    Main contractors

The basement or structural package on your job, handed back as a shell ready for the next trade.
