The people behind the work.
London Structures builds basements and structural works for London houses. The company is led by James Quinn and Gary Winter, from an office on Munster Road in Fulham.

James Quinn
Programme control and financial oversight
James is a qualified mechanical engineer with more than 15 years' experience in construction and project management. He brings technical knowledge in building systems, programme control and financial oversight.

Gary Winter
Site operations
Gary, formerly director of GW Basements, has extensive hands-on experience in basement excavation, structural works and site logistics. He leads site operations, with particular experience on complex and heritage-sensitive London properties.
The company
From Victorian terraces to listed buildings.
We take on the structural side of a house: digging and building basements, underpinning walls, stripping out and putting in new structure, and building extensions and shells above ground.
The work ranges from straightforward Victorian terraces to listed buildings, including houses on the Grosvenor Estate. We work direct for homeowners, for developers and for main contractors who need a basement or structural package built.
Sister company
Extend Bespoke.
Extend Bespoke renovates and extends London homes, and shares its directors with us. On several houses we built the basement or the structure and Extend Bespoke finished the rest: Chipstead, Chiddingstone, Bowerdean, Howard's Lane and Vicarage.
A homeowner can come to either company. A developer or main contractor usually comes to us.
Office
320 Munster Road, Fulham.
Our office is in Fulham, SW6. We work on houses across central and south-west London, including Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea, Fulham, Parsons Green, Putney and Chiswick.
