A house in Belgravia, on the Grosvenor Estate. We started full renovation works in November 2021.

Work on the Grosvenor Estate needs hoarding of a set size and colour, so the first job was to put it up and paint it. Inside, the house was stripped back to its brick walls, its timber joists and its stone stair. By May 2022 the new structure was taking shape.
